Employee of the Month
Teachout Security Solution’s “Employee of the Month” program is a nomination process in which an officer is selected by their supervisor at each branch location. Officers are nominated because of their outstanding performance and service to the client. The EOM officer is awarded a Certificate of Appreciation, receives recognition on our website and social media platforms, and receives VISA Gift Card.
Veterans Recognition Program
Teachout Security Solutions understands the dedication and sacrifices of America’s veterans, and we recognize the value they bring to our organization. Each month, Teachout Security Solutions recognizes and salutes one of our staff members from each branch of the U.S. armed forces. Each veteran honored is presented with a certificate of appreciation, a unique challenge coin exclusive to Teachout Security Solutions, and a lapel pin representing the branch in which they served, to be worn on their uniform.
Health Insurance Benefits
Teachout Security Solutions adheres to all federal and state laws regarding the provision of affordable healthcare to its eligible employees, as mandated by the Affordable Care Act. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan provides our health insurance program.
Paid-Time Off (PTO)
Teachout Security Solutions provides PTO for its employees who are eligible and have the time available based on company policy and the State of Michigan law.
Holiday Pay
Officers that work New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day are paid time and a half.
