Employee of the Month
Teachout Security Solutions Employee of the Month program is the nomination of an officer by the supervisor at each branch location. Officers are nominated because of their outstanding performance and service to the client. The EOM officer is awarded a Certificate of Appreciation, receives recognition on our website and social media platforms, plus receives a cash award.
World Class Customer Service Award (WCCSA)
The award is bestowed to the officer who is nominated by a client for outstanding service, and performance. This award is presented publicly by Teachout President and CEO Joe Cozart. The WCCSA officer is given a plaque, cash award and dinner certificates, or major sporting event tickets.
Employee Spotlight
Each quarter special recognition is given to a Teachout employee, and their attributes are highlighted throughout the company on our website and social media platforms with a full feature biography of their work duties and any personal interests they wish to share.
Health Insurance Benefits
Teachout Security Solutions adheres to all federal and state laws about making affordable health care available to all its eligible employees per the Affordable Care Act. Our health insurance program is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Paid-Time Off (PTO)
Teachout provides PTO for its employees who are eligible and have the time available based on company policy and State of Michigan law.
Holiday Pay
Officers are paid time and a half for working any or all holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
