David Keehn started his security career in 2022 and, after a short time, was hired at Teachout in January 2023 as an unarmed security officer. He worked at many different posts, including mobile patrols, and quickly earned the respect of his peers. Just six months later, in July 2023, he was promoted to Branch Operations Manager.

David oversees scheduling of all employees from Flint to Grand Rapids. His duties include scheduling, employee relations, and dealing with the day-to-day operations of the Flint and Lansing regional offices. David’s keen eye for details, and his personal relationship skills, ensure that our officers are always prepared and on time for each shift.

Prior to entering the security field, David spent 25 years training competitive retrievers and basic K-9 obedience classes. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and five Chesapeake Bay retrievers.
