Randy joined the Teachout team in November 2021 after working in sales for over 25 years in the television broadcast industry. He also owned and operated a Sandler Sales training franchise for 10 years, where he met Joe Cozart, who became a client in the mid-nineties. Over the years, they continued to collaborate on various training and consulting projects for Teachout.

Randy’s business acumen and communication skills are keys to his focus on new sales opportunities, marketing strategies, and enhancing customer relationships. In his spare time, he enjoys drawing, painting, traveling and outdoor sports activities.
